Mamba IQ App Information

The Mamba IQ mobile application and web portal collect the information described below. This information may be provided directly by you, by an authorized loan officer working on your behalf, or by service providers that support the app, or it may be collected automatically as technical information when you use the app. The Mamba IQ app does not collect your precise GPS location, your contacts, your photos, or advertising identifiers. The website collects only the information described in the previous section.

Information collected and how it is used:

Name, email address, phone number (where provided), and account identifiers — account management, customer support, and service communications
Property addresses, purchase details, and property-value estimates — property management, valuations, and equity estimates
Mortgage amounts, balances, rates, terms, and loan progress — mortgage calculations and loan tracking
Learning progress, points, rewards, and referral activity — educational and related app features
Technical information and security logs — operating, securing, and troubleshooting the service

How We Use Your Information

RentCast — processes property-address information to provide estimated property values
Mortgage News Daily — delivers externally hosted mortgage-rate content that is embedded in the app. Loading this content connects your device directly to Mortgage News Daily, which may receive technical connection information such as your IP address and device or browser details and may set its own cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy policy. We do not send your account information, property details, or mortgage records to Mortgage News Daily.
Authorized loan officers and lending partners — access the information needed to provide the services you request, where applicable

Sharing is limited to the information needed for the relevant purpose. All third parties are required to protect information in accordance with applicable laws.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no website or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Data Retention

How long we keep information depends on the type of information and the reason we hold it:

Ordinary app data — kept while needed to maintain your account and provide the services you have requested
Regulated mortgage records — retained for the periods required by applicable federal and state law
Security, dispute, and compliance records — retained where necessary to protect our systems, resolve disputes, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations
Backups — information removed from our active systems is cleared from backups through our normal backup-retention cycle rather than immediately
Deletion requests — following a verified deletion request, we delete your Mamba IQ account and the ordinary app data associated with it within 30 days, except where records must be retained for legal or compliance purposes (see Account Deletion)

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

This website may use cookies or similar technologies to enhance functionality, analyze usage, and improve performance. You may adjust browser settings to manage or disable cookies, though doing so may affect website functionality.

Third-party content embedded in the Mamba IQ app (such as Mortgage News Daily mortgage-rate content) is loaded directly from that third party, which may receive technical connection information and may use its own cookies or similar tracking technologies under its own privacy policy. We do not control those technologies; see Information Sharing and Disclosure.

Text Messaging and Communications

If you provide a phone number, you may be contacted by phone, email, or text message in response to your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Providing consent to communicate does not require you to proceed with any mortgage transaction.

Text Messaging (SMS)

By providing your mobile phone number and selecting the SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive recurring text messages from MambaCap Financial Inc. (NMLS# 2767456) regarding your loan status, document requests, appointment reminders, and related service information. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, loan application, or loan approval. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for assistance.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent collected by MambaCap Financial are not shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your Privacy Choices and Requests

Depending on your state of residence and the services you use, you may request:

Access to the personal information we hold about you
Correction of inaccurate information
Deletion of your Mamba IQ account and the personal information associated with it — in the app under Profile → Delete Account, or by email as described below
Withdrawal of consent, where our use of your information is based on consent
Opt-out from optional marketing communications

To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject line “Mamba IQ Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Please do not include passwords, Social Security numbers, or sensitive loan documents in your email; we will let you know if anything further is needed.

Text messages: replying STOP to any text message opts you out of SMS only. It does not delete a Mamba IQ account.

Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Mamba IQ account and the personal information associated with it in either of two ways:

In the app: open your Profile and select Delete Account. Your account is made inactive immediately and a deletion request is sent to MambaCap Financial Inc.
By email: write to [email protected] with the subject line “Mamba IQ Privacy Request.”

We will delete your account and the associated personal information within 30 days of a verified deletion request, except where records must be retained for legal or compliance purposes. Please note:

Certain records may be retained where required by law or otherwise lawfully necessary, including regulated mortgage records
Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account — use Profile → Delete Account in the app or contact us as described above
Deleting a Mamba IQ account does not cancel a mortgage, eliminate a debt, or automatically withdraw a loan application — those must be handled directly with your loan officer

This website and the Mamba IQ app may contain links to third-party websites. MambaCap Financial Inc. is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of external sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies separately.

Children’s Information

This website and the Mamba IQ app are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
